Systems Design and Integration
We have experience in systems integration for industrial office and plant applications including: hand tools, automotive, small arms, chemicals, paper, plastics, glass, pharmaceuticals, textiles, turbine engine blade repair and food.
These integrated systems provide, data, data management, system statistics, and applied statistical quality techniques to the computer integrated systems environment. Project scope is hardware and software specification, system design, build, test, install and support. For example:
Engineered—specification through installation—an Energy-Management System schedules-by-exception prioritized electrical and HVAC loads and controls HVAC facilities during utility peak demand for a 1 million square foot manufacturing facility. Economic savings in electric power costs are achieved through a peak demand control of 12,000 KW.
Dimensional gauging system in a computer-integrated welding and grinding repair of high performance turbine power plants.
Engineered a modernization approach using Machining Centers integrated with automated measurement for the manufacture of the manufacture of small arms for the sporting goods industry.
Integrated an intelligent sensor system for paper machine control including: microwave, radio-frequency, nuclear, X-ray infrared, and optical sensors.
Engineered process measurement, control, and reporting systems for extruded films, blown films, coatings for continuous-sheet production and conversion processes.
Introduced integrated distributed process control for glass plant control, food industry inventory control, and management information systems.
